Pickleball 4 Wishes
Each year, Thigpen Heating and Cooling hosts Pickleball 4 Wishes, a community tournament benefiting Make-A-Wish Central and Northern Florida. What started as a way to bring Jacksonville together around a sport we love has grown into one of our favorite traditions. Friendly competition, generous sponsors, and a shared goal of granting life-changing wishes for children facing critical illnesses.
The inaugural tournament in 2024 brought together more than 20 teams at The Yards at Sawgrass Players Club and raised $12,000 for Make-A-Wish. By the 3rd Annual event in 2026, Pickleball 4 Wishes had become a fixture in the Jacksonville community calendar, drawing players, sponsors, and supporters who show up year after year.
